Four ways to sleep again
The thing that finally fixed my insomnia was learning to stop trying to sleep. CBT-I, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, is the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia. Here are four ways to learn it with me, from free to one-on-one.
1. Free · Email course
Notes from 3:00 a.m.
Six short emails on the basics, one a week, with a 10-minute rest audio.
Price: free · Starts: anytime
2. Education · Live class
The Sleep Class
Learn the method live, and run it yourself. Six weekly classes on Zoom, starting Tuesday, January 12.
Price: $90 a week for 6 weeks, $540 · Who can join: anyone, anywhere
3. Therapy · Group
CBT-I group therapy
A small group. I run it with you, every week, and set your sleep window from your sleep data.
Price: $140 a week for 8 weeks, $1,120 · Who can join: California residents
4. Therapy · One-on-one
CBT-I one-on-one therapy
The same method, built around you. Room for what's underneath, like anxiety, grief or trauma.
Price: $175 a session, or with Aetna · Who can join: California residents
Not sure which one fits?
Book a free 20-minute consult and we'll figure it out together.
The fine print: The Sleep Class is offered by Cognito. It's education and coaching, and doesn't include therapy.
